These terms and conditions are applicable in all transactions with Raja Furn Galaxy.

Pricing and Payment
You can pay by cash, cheque, credit and debit cards. The price of a furniture piece is one prevailing at the time and date of placing the order. You will undertake to provide correct details required for placing the order and sufficient funds in your credit or debit cards to cover the cost of the product placed for order. We also reserve the right to check the validity of your credit or debit cards before accepting your order. Upon encashment of your cheque, your order will be executed.

Full payment will be taken before execution of the order.
We accept EMI process for payment of furniture. Please note that goods will be delivered only after down payments have been approved.
Cancellation & Returns Policy
Goods once purchased cannot be returned. In case of any damage to goods upon delivery, it should be reported to us immediately. We will accordingly take appropriate action.
We provide 5 years service warranty. Kindly note that we do not charge for the labour, but the material costs incurred will have to be borne by the customers.
In addition, all imported items carry a 1 year warranty.
For wooden cot and sofa, we provide 10 years service warranty. We provide warranty for mattress in line with the prevailing norms of the concerned brand. In addition, we also provide warranty for foam and wooden frame. However fabric, glass and leather do not come under warranty provision.
It is essential that you maintain the warranty cards well. In case of loss of warranty cards, we regret we will be unable to help you.
